EFI is available at efi.elucidate.co. Your account is created by your institution's administrator or by the Elucidate team, and you receive a welcome email with a link to set your password.

First login: setting your password

  1. Open the welcome email and click the link to create your password. The link is personal and expires after a limited time. If it has expired, use Reset password on the login page (see below) to request a new one.
  2. Choose a password of at least 8 characters combining lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers and special characters (for example !@#$%^&*).
  3. After saving your password you are taken to the login page. Enter your email address and new password and click Continue.

If 2-step verification is enabled for your account, you are asked to set it up right after your first login. See 2-step verification with an authenticator app or 2-step verification via SMS or voice call.

Logging in

  1. Go to efi.elucidate.co. You are redirected to the Elucidate login page at login.elucidate.co.
  2. Enter your email address and password and click Continue.
  3. If 2-step verification is enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, SMS or voice call. Tick Remember this browser to skip this step on the same browser for the next 30 days.
