If your user account has the administrator capability, you can add new users to the EFI platform by accessing the user management section on the "Settings" tab on the top right corner of the EFI platform and clicking "add new".
If you wish to know if your account has an administrator role or if you wish to set your account as an administrator and access this feature, please contact the support team by creating a ticket in the client portal.
