To submit data files, you can go to the "data submission" tab, as shown below. There, you can pick one of the data file categories by clicking "Upload File" and selecting the file from your computer that you wish to upload.
Please be aware, once you have uploaded the file, it has not yet been submitted. To submit your uploaded file, click on "Submit all".
