The Signals Dashboard is your landing page after logging in. It gives you a real-time summary of open signals (tickets), helps you spot trends, and lets you assign unassigned signals without leaving the page. Use it to get a quick read on your team's workload and prioritize what needs attention.

Dashboard overview

Understanding the Metrics

The four cards across the top summarize your current signal workload. The first three cards are clickable and navigate directly to a pre-filtered view of My Signals:

  • Open Tickets navigates to all open signals across the organization.
  • Assigned to Me navigates to signals currently assigned to your account.
  • Unassigned navigates to signals that have no assignee yet -- these are the ones that need someone to pick them up.

The Today (24h) card shows how many signals were created and closed in the last 24 hours, giving you a sense of daily throughput.

Charts

Category Breakdown on Open Tickets shows a donut chart of how your open signals are distributed across categories such as FRD (Fraud), SEC (Securities), REG (Regulatory), DBR (Data Breach), BUS (Business), and website-change. This helps you identify which risk categories are dominating your queue.

Open Signals by Creation Date shows a bar chart of when open signals were created. Toggle between 7 Days and 30 Days to change the time window. A spike on a particular day may indicate a batch of new adverse media findings that arrived together.

Assigning Signals from the Dashboard

The Quick Assignment panel lists unassigned signals so you can assign them without navigating away from the dashboard.

Quick assignment and recent signals

To assign a signal, click the Assign users... dropdown next to the signal title, search for a team member by name, then click Save. The signal disappears from the Quick Assignment list once assigned. If you change your mind before saving, click Cancel to clear the selection.

Assign users dropdown

Click the signal title to open the full ticket detail view if you need more context before assigning.

Recent Signals

The Recent Signals table at the bottom lists all signals ordered by creation date. Each row shows the sequence number, title, current status, assignee, category, and creation date. Click any row to open the full ticket detail view. Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) while clicking to open the ticket in a new tab.

Auto-Refresh

The dashboard refreshes automatically every 60 seconds. The Last updated timestamp next to the title shows when data was last loaded. You can also trigger a manual refresh using the refresh button next to the timestamp.
