The Monitoring Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your transaction monitoring programme's performance. Use it to track alert volumes across severity levels, see which modules are generating the most alerts, and verify that all modules are running successfully. Navigate here from Case Management > Transaction Monitoring Tickets, then click Dashboard in the Monitoring Alerts header.

Filtering by Date Range
All dashboard charts and KPI cards reflect the selected date range. By default, the dashboard shows the last 30 days. Adjust the From and To date pickers and click the refresh button to reload the data for a different period.
The date range affects all sections except Module Performance, which always shows the latest run regardless of the selected dates.
Severity Summary
The four summary cards at the top show open alert counts broken down by severity — High, Medium, and Low — plus a Total Open count. These give you an at-a-glance view of your current alert backlog within the selected date range.
Dashboard Charts
The dashboard displays five analytical views:
-
Alerts by Module — a horizontal bar chart showing how many alerts each monitoring module has generated. This helps you identify which modules are most active and may need attention or threshold tuning.
-
Close Reasons — a breakdown of why alerts were closed (e.g., true positive, false positive, escalated). Use this to gauge your false positive rate and the overall quality of your monitoring rules.
-
Alert Trend — a time series showing daily alert volumes. Look for spikes that may indicate unusual activity or a recent rule change, and for downward trends that could signal improved data quality or tighter thresholds.
-
Top Alerted Parties — the entities that appear most frequently in alerts. Repeatedly alerted parties may warrant deeper investigation or a dedicated case.
-
Module Performance — a table showing each module's average execution time, success rate, and last run timestamp. Use this to confirm all modules are running on schedule and completing successfully.
