Transaction Screening Alerts shows the tickets raised for screened transactions — each alert is a case a reviewer opened from a screening request, and its category is the screening module that blocked (or first warned on) the transaction. Use this page to review, triage, and resolve screening hits as part of your compliance workflow.

Transaction screening alerts table

Reviewing Alerts

Each alert is a ticket tied to a specific screened transaction. The title typically includes the transaction identifier so you can trace it back to the original screening request. Alerts that are still open show a dash in the Status column — once reviewed, they'll show Open or Closed.

The heading shows how many alerts match the current filters and, after the dot, how many are closed in total. The columns are #, Title, Status, Assigned to, Category, Comments, Created at and Updated at; Per page below the table offers 25, 50, 100 (the default) or 200 rows.

Click the magnifying glass icon to open the screening request; the ticket is shown in its own panel on that page, where you can add comments, change the status, assign the alert, and review the matched screening data. A plain click only highlights the row; Ctrl/Cmd-click or a middle-click opens it in a new tab, and with a row highlighted the Up and Down arrow keys move along the list and Enter opens it.

By default, completed alerts are excluded from the list so you focus on alerts that still need attention. To see closed alerts as well, open the filters and uncheck Exclude completed tickets.

Filtering Alerts

Click Show Filters to open the filter panel with options to narrow down your alerts. To jump straight to one ticket, type its number into the Search by ID box next to the filters.

Filters panel

Useful filters for screening workflows:

Filter When to use
Status All Statuses, Open or Closed
Closure Reason All, No Action Required, Issue Resolved, False Positive or Escalated Externally
Assigned To Filter to a specific team member's workload, or select "Unassigned" to find alerts that need an owner
Category The screening module behind the case: Watchlist Screening, PEP Check, Country Check, Activity Check, Incoherence, Missing Data, FinCrime Index or Sanctions Screening; several can be selected
Title / Description / Sequence Number / Label Text searches; Enter in a text box applies the filters
Created After / Before Narrow to a date range — useful for reviewing a specific screening batch
Only show my tickets Alerts assigned to you (it fixes Assigned To to your name)

Apply Filters runs the search and Clear Filters empties the panel; Reset filters in the toolbar clears all active filters and sorting.

Bulk Actions

Tick one or more alerts (or Select all in the header) to reveal the bulk action controls.

Bulk actions toolbar

Assign lets you assign all selected alerts to a team member at once using the user dropdown. The assign yourself shortcut assigns them to your own account without needing to search for your name.

Exporting Data

Click Export to download alert data as CSV or Excel. The export respects your current filters — if you've filtered to a specific status or date range, only those records are exported.

Export modal

You can choose which columns to include and limit the number of records. The export includes fields not visible in the table view, such as Closure Reason, Created By, Owner, Article Count and the comment text. Exports are capped at 10,000 records per request.
