There is an option to share your tickets/actions with your counterparties. To share these, open the particular ticket/action and click on the “Share with another institution” link on the bottom right-hand side.
Your counterparties are listed in the window. Select the counterparties and click on the “Share” button.
Once you have opted to share this ticket/action, the selected counterparty will be notified through the EFI platform. To see the notification, the counterparty must log in, and it will be shown in the Notifications panel on their home dashboard page.
